Managing Director
Bleihid N Al Bleihid is the founder and Managing Director of EJADAH Management Consultancy, an independent, management consultancy and the owner of EMA Partners Saudi Arabia.
Presently, he is the Chairman of Sector Council of Consulting and Professional Services at Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. He is also the Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Tejoury since 2023. Prior to this, he was a Board Member and Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and a Member of Executive Committee at King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority, he was also the Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and a Member of Executive Committee at King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority, and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Prince Mohammed bin Salman Royal Reserve Development Authority. Bleihid was also a Member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee at King Abdullah Financial District, Board Member, Risk Committee Member, and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Al Rajhi Takaful. He was also a Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Bank Albilad, and Acwa Power, and Advisor to the Board – Group Level at SNB.
Bleihid was the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Al-Ahli Takaful Company and has been the Senior Executive Vice President – Group Head, Human Resources Group at Saudi National Bank from 2013 till March 2018. Bleihid’s major role (transformation and preparation for the IPO). He was also a Member, Nomination and Remuneration Committee at SNB Capital.
Bleihid is a Senior Transformation Executive who has held various senior management positions in various local and international companies. He was the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Saudi Research & Marketing Group - based in Riyadh but with overall world-wide HR responsibility for all Group companies & operations.
Prior to this, he was General Manager – Human Resources for the Saudi British Bank (SABB), a position that he held for over 9 years as a member of the top Executive strategy team & through its most significant period of rapid change & successful growth. In addition, he has held senior HR positions in King Faisal Specialist Hospital and other industries.
Bleihid is currently the Founder & Managing Director of Ejadah Management Consultancy and Managing Director of EMA Partners Saudi Arabia since 2007. Ejadah provides its clients with management consulting (organizational development), executive assessment and development in partnership with our international partners. Ejadah also provide their clients with top talents required thru EMA Partners Saudi Arabia. For the last fourteen(14) years, Ejadah/EMA have successfully supported their clients in achieving the transformation and growth required.
Educated in the United States of America, he holds a degree in Business Management. Within the community, he is a member & trusted advisor to a number of Charity & non-profit organizations.
He is a regular speaker at conferences, covering such topics as organization transformation challenges, executive assessment, selection and development in addition to some public issues such as unemployment, labor policies, and organizational governance.
