Yves co-founded EMA Partners International along with James Douglas (UK) in 1989. He has a long and impressive career spanning more than 25 years as an Executive Search practitioner. He has undertaken numerous searches in the high-tech, life sciences, luxury goods industry and retail sectors. Prior to becoming an executive search consultant, Yves was in charge of the Talent Acquisition with RANK XEROX. He has a Master degree in Psycho-sociology.
