Nathalie’s area of expertise includes cosmetics/luxury, health, retail & consumer goods, industry in all functions. Her clients range from multinational to family/privately-owned companies and start-ups. Nathalie has successfully conducted numerous senior management searches and leadership assessments.

Nathalie started her professional career working with the American pharmaceutical Group Searle. She then joined L’Oréal and during her eleven-year tenure served in the key roles as a Marketing Director of the cosmetic brand, La Roche-Posay and ultimately the Director of Communications for L’Oréal Paris.

Prior to joining EMA Partners, Nathalie had distinguished herself in the Executive Search and Talent Management industry. First working with Korn Ferry International, she later went on to create her own consulting firm specializing in the recruitment and development of executives and leaders

Nathalie is a certified MBTI and performs assessments using Decision Dynamics for clients across industry sectors. She also teaches at the top French business school, ESSEC, and is the Founder of the L’Oréal Alumni Association. Nathalie holds a dual degree- PhD in Pharmacy (Paris V University) and a Master's in Management Marketing (ESSEC).
